Who we are

Whitewire ("we", "our", "us") is a digital studio operating from West Africa. You can reach us at admin@whitewireit.com.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form on the homepage or the newsletter signup in the footer), we collect:

• The name you provide
• The email address you provide
• The contents of your message
• The timestamp of submission

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The site uses a single session cookie when you sign into the admin area at /admin; that cookie is set by Supabase Auth and is required for the admin to function.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry or send the agreed newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Web3Forms— receives form submissions from this site and forwards them to our inbox. Submissions are stored on Web3Forms' infrastructure.
• Supabase — hosts the database that powers our blog and admin area. If you have an admin account, your email and a hashed password are stored there.
• Netlify — hosts and serves this website.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing admin@whitewireit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the footer for at least 30 days.
