These terms govern your use of this website and any content on it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is a contract. When you engage Whitewire for a project, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW takes precedence over anything stated here.

Intellectual property

Brand identities, designs, code, and other deliverables created during a paid engagement transfer to the client on full payment, as set out in the SOW. The Whitewire name, logo, and the contents of this website (including blog posts) remain our property.

Confidentiality

We treat client information shared during an engagement as confidential. We may reference completed work in our portfolio with the client's permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime or that information here reflects current pricing, scope, or availability. For project-specific commitments, refer to the relevant SOW.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
